Reno de Medici picks Tietoevry for digitalisation

Italy-based Reno de Medici (RDM Group), which creates recycled cartonboard, has picked Tietoevry to modernise its core business processes and digitise its mills.

Tietoevry’s Sales and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will help RDM Group increase efficiencies, reduces waste and improve customer service.

RDM Group has recently completed acquisitions, which has let it with multiple different systems. It hopes to integrate the business operations and automate core processes to reduce manual work and improve real-time information access.

Carsten Henke, head of pulp, paper and fibre at Tietoevry Industry, said, “We are proud of our new partnership with Reno de Medici and happy to support their business renewal and digitalization journey.

“They needed an efficient system to harmonise the supply chain and sales for the whole group. The business renewal helps RDM Group to further improve their capabilities for future growth as well as meet demanding operational efficiency and sustainability requirements.”

Tietoevry recently partnered with FinScience, giving its customers the power to see environmental, social and governance (ESG) scores across their investment portfolios.
