Application detection and response service RevealSecurity nets Series A

RevealSecurity, an application detection and response solution, has reportedly closed its Series A funding round on $23m.

With the capital, RevealSecurity plans to bolster its global expansion and product development efforts, according to a report from PYMNTS.

RevealSecurity helps detect malicious insiders and imposters by monitoring user journeys in enterprise applications. Its platform aims to reduce the number of false positives and false negatives.

RevealSecurity CEO and co-founder Doron Hendler told PYMNTS, “The detection of insider threats in business processes has always been an unsolved challenge for enterprise CISOs and Risk Officers,. “RevealSecurity provides an insider threat solution for business processes that actually works with an unprecedented signal to noise ratio.”

Earlier in the week, Allthenticate picked up $3m in its seed funding round. The company improves cybersecurity by letting users log in to their computers and servers via a smartphone, negating the need for passwords.

Another CyberTech company to raise capital this week was Cyberint. The company bagged $40m for its threat intelligence services.
