MyDocSafe unveils integration with CRM solution Act!

MyDocSafe

MyDocSafe has announced an integration with Act!, a customer relationship management and marketing solution for SMEs.

According to MyDocSafe, by integrating the document workflow and e-signature process, Act! users in the UK can easily complete client onboarding processes and securely share and e-sign documents. This will be both externally via branded portals and internally through the Act! integration.

MyDocSafe highlighted that through the integration, Act! users will gain access to secure document workflow, e-signing features and on-brand portals for information sharing, enabling them to boost fee earner efficiency, reduce admin costs and speed time-to-billing.

Act! users will also benefit from secure infrastructure to help them comply with professional standards and privacy and security regulations and secure onboarding. Digital signature is also built into the integration.

MyDocSafe CEO Daniel Stachowiak said, ?We are very excited about working with Act! on this new integration that brings in signature, client portal and workflow features directly to Act! Premium Desktop.? Our software aims to automate and secure client facing interactions: from simple document sharing and approval to complex client registration workflows and deal processes.

?It has been a great pleasure working with the Act! team on this project and I am looking forward to adding new great features to the integration plugin in the future.?

Act! CEO Steve Oriola added, ?These additional features mean that Act! Premium users in the UK will be able to easily and securely collaborate with new and existing clients, and deliver a great first impression during client onboarding. This valuable integration means e-signed documentation is immediately available in Act! Premium, so fee earners and admin staff can quickly get started or recommend products to speed completion for the client.p>
