AssuredPartners in Alpine take-over

AssuredPartners, a full-service insurance broker providing commercial insurance, risk management and employee benefits, has acquired Alpine Insurance Associates (Alpine).

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, AssuredPartners provides commercial insurance, risk management and employee benefits through consulting services.

With over 9,200 employees located in offices throughout North America, London, Belgium and Scotland, AssuredPartners describes itself as being in the business of building relationships. “While cementing powerful, lasting relationships built on trust earned from working openly and honestly with our partners,” the company said.

This marks the 31st acquisition by AssuredPartners in 2022.

The team will remain under the operational leadership of president, Chris Gonfiantini and vice president, Ryan Garaventa.

Gonfiantini said, “In addition to Alpine’s cutting-edge products and competitive pricing, building honest relationships has always remained at the forefront of what we do…AssuredPartners holds these same values. Through our new partnership, we look forward to continuing our legacy of providing exceptional solutions and services our clients have come to trust.”

Garaventa added, “Alpine Insurance has been preparing and developing insurance programs in Nevada for over 65 years and we are proud to bring that tradition to the AssuredPartners team. This partnership of two very talented groups of people will certainly create many collaborative opportunities and will give our teams even more tools to provide the most comprehensive products and services in the insurance marketplace. This is a very exciting time for Alpine Insurance and AssuredPartners.”

Earlier this year, Tarmika, a commercial lines rating solution streamlining small business insurance, partnered with AssuredPartners, an insurance brokerage and independent insurance agency in the US.

The partnership will see AssuredPartners leverage Tarmika’s embedded insurance solution ‘Tunnel’ and their agency-based commercial lines comparative rater ‘Bridge’. The company said this will enable their agencies and small businesses to purchase easy, and accessible coverage through a variety of different AssuredPartners driven purchasing methods.
