ImaliPay, Renda partner to support businesses in Africa

ImaliPay, a global FinTech-as-a-service provider, has teamed up with third party e-commerce fulfilment solution Renda.

ImaliPay, a global FinTech-as-a-service provider, has teamed up with third party e-commerce fulfilment solution Renda.

Through this deal, they hope to support businesses across Africa by simplifying and streamlining the process of order fulfilment for enterprise and medium-sized businesses across Africa. It will start with Nigeria.

The two companies will offer its services to ambitious businesses so they can make it easier to reach target audiences and for consumers to access products and services.

By combining ImaliPay’s secure and modular API platform with Renda’s advanced order fulfilment network, clients will be able to reach their target audiences and sell their products with ease.

Speaking on the deal, ImaliPay co-founder and COO Sanmi Akinmusire said, “Our goal is to drive growth, increase efficiency and bring innovation to the table through modular API technology, making this partnership timely for both startups.

Renda is a technology-driven third-party fulfilment solution provider that enables enterprises and medium-sized e-commerce companies to grow across Africa.

It enables e-commerce businesses to easily search and book a storage space, monitor real-time status of their inventory, push out high volumes of orders to be processed daily, track delivery of orders and ensure real-time collection and reconciliation of cash on delivery.

ImaliPay is a FinTech-as-aa-service API infrastructure that powers embedded financial products and services. Its flagship solutions are automated reconciliation, buy now pay later, payments and ledgers-as-a-service.

Earlier in the month, RegTech platform Themis has formed a strategic partnership with Diligencia, a provider to corporate data in the Middle East and Africa, to help combat fraud.
