Global payments and transactional services firm Worldline has signed a strategic partnership with Printec Group to support financial institutions and merchants in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
The partnership aims to expand the range of payment services in 16 countries in CEE.
Through this partnership, financial institutions will benefit from Printec’s portfolio of services, complemented by Worldline’s processing services and solutions. The partnership will cover various business. Areas, including acquiring processing, issuing processing, account payments and digital services.
As for merchants, they will be able access a one-stop-shop service for all their payment needs.
Speaking on the deal, Printec chairman Harris Konstantinou said, “This partnership is aligned with Printec’s strategy of creating an independent payment infrastructure by providing outsourcing services to all customers.

Printec is a business-to-customer transaction technology integration platform. It operates across 16 countries in CEE and offers a variety of solutions including e-payments, digital transformation, self-service channels, security and compliance, and more.
Worldline recently signed a partnership with Splitit. The deal offers an integrated card-based instalment payments solution to Worldline’s extensive network of merchants and marketplaces.
Worldline will initially integrate Splitit into its North American processing platform and enable Splitit APIs via its front end to offer its merchants a seamless way to adopt card-based instalments.
