Managed IT leaders NexusTek and ICCS join forces to enhance capabilities

Denver-based NexusTek, a leading national provider of managed IT and technology consulting services, has announced a strategic partnership with ICCS & Co, a New York-based market leader in managed IT services.

The partnership, which signifies a substantial investment led by A&M Capital Strategic Investments, with continued participation from Abry Partners and other investors, is set to expand NexusTek’s geographical footprint and capabilities.

The collaboration between NexusTek and ICCS stems from a shared vision to enhance their managed IT services offering. Both companies, known for their emphasis on exceptional customer service and utilisation of enterprise-grade technologies, aim to deepen their capabilities in the public and hybrid cloud domains.

NexusTek prides itself on managing and optimising IT and cloud environments for businesses. The company provides an all-encompassing services portfolio, high-touch personal attention and IT consulting expertise. NexusTek’s commitment to delivering end-to-end, outsourced IT management has made it a trusted partner for organisations nationwide.

ICCS, headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, has been providing award-winning managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services to clients in the New York City metropolitan area. The company’s deep and unique capabilities in public and hybrid cloud, and its expertise across legal, financial, real estate, wholesale, and manufacturing verticals, have made it a regional leader.

This partnership will not only enhance NexusTek’s geographic presence in the Northeast US but also enrich the combined service portfolio. NexusTek CEO Bill Wosilius expressed his optimism about the collaboration with ICCS, stating it aligns perfectly with their expansion goals.

Isaac Braca, ICCS’s co-founder and CEO, will join NexusTek’s management team as Co-Managing Director of NexusTek’s Northeast Region. He will be working alongside his co-founder, Morris Braca, under the leadership of NexusTek’s Chief Operating Officer, Scott Ray.

“NexusTek’s nationwide support infrastructure, deep bench of IT talent, and 24/7/365 service capability will benefit ICCS’s customers, ensuring all their IT needs are met,” Isaac Braca said.

The partnership is expected to set new industry standards in delivering premier IT solutions, aligning with NexusTek’s mission of providing best-in-class customer satisfaction.
