Cisco secures Splunk for $28bn to boost AI-powered digital resilience

Cisco and Splunk, renowned for its capabilities in security and data analytics, have entered a significant acquisition agreement.

Cisco intends to acquire Splunk for $157 per share in cash, representing a colossal deal of approximately $28bn in equity value.
