The primary objective of this partnership is to deliver a comprehensive and seamless digital postal service to medium and large enterprises in Finland. This integrated solution allows businesses to securely and efficiently access digital documents like invoices, agreements, and notifications.
Originating from Sweden, Kivra has already established its digital mail service for over 5.7m users, collaborating with 70,000 sender companies, organisations, and municipalities. Since initiating its operations in Finland in 2020, Kivra has swiftly penetrated the market. It currently serves 40,000 companies and public organisations. Through its robust and secure digital infrastructure, Kivra aims to simplify digital correspondence for its partners in Finland.

This collaboration is a natural progression of Tietoevry’s and Kivra’s previous successful endeavours in Sweden. The initiation of this new digital postal service is slated to begin this year. The unified solution will harness Tietoevry’s Multichannel platform to streamline organisations’ customer communication, combined with Kivra’s pioneering digital postal service.
