The Minneapolis-based firm hopes the move will allow it maintain its position as a vital player in the FinTech sector, as the appointment of a Senior Vice President of Product Management, a Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations, a Vice President of Sales, a Vice President of Revenue Operations and a Chief Marketing Officer, reinforces Vanco’s unwavering commitment to clients.

Vanco’s strategic appointments of these new leaders will see Steve Joos become Vanco’s Senior Vice President and Head of Product Management.

With over 15 years of experience in product management across various verticals, Steve is poised to drive Vanco’s financial solutions to new heights. His expertise, honed in healthcare and educational technology companies, will be invaluable to on the firm’s innovative journey.

Keith Greene takes on the role of Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations. With more than two decades of diverse experience, Keith’s focus on product architecture and quality is expected to bring immense success to Vanco. Having worked at TSYS, FLEETCOR, Diebold Nixdorf, and Hexware Technologies, Keith’s leadership skills and engineering knowledge will be integral to the company’s growth.

Tom Feeley, Vanco’s new Vice President of Sales, brings two decades of leadership experience to the table. His previous roles at Oracle, Dell EMC, and Coupa Software, along with his recent role as CRO at Ever.Ag, demonstrate his ability to build and reinvigorate sales and marketing teams. Tom’s leadership skills are set to enhance Vanco’s strategic sales plans and revenue growth.

Jack Warner has joined as the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Enablement. With over 20 years of experience in revenue growth and sales operations, Jack’s expertise will play a crucial role in driving Vanco’s growth. His background includes founding Partner Insights and holding significant positions at Klarna, Zip, and FIS.

Jim Yang, who brings over 20 years of marketing experience in scaling tech companies, has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer. His focus on brand visibility and customer growth is aligned with Vanco’s mission to revolutionize fintech with innovative solutions.
