The partnership is set to revolutionise the insurance industry by deploying Sapiens’ end-to-end software solutions. These solutions, including the Sapiens IDITSuite for Property & Casualty and Sapiens DigitalSuite, are poised to transform BHSF’s legacy mainframe application, providing greater agility and speed to market for changes.

Sapiens’ AI-powered, end-to-end insurance software solution, Sapiens IDITSuite, supports various functions such as customer acquisition, billing, claims, and renewals. Additionally, Sapiens DigitalSuite offers a comprehensive digital engagement platform, enabling hyper-personalised customer experiences and operational efficiencies through automation and straight-through processing.

The deployment of these offerings in the cloud, hosted by Microsoft Azure, ensures enhanced agility and speed of change for BHSF.

Moreover, the partnership grants BHSF access to Sapiens’ ecosystem of over 60 InsurTech partners, enabling the integration of point solutions to further enhance their offerings.
