Simplifai, the secure AI automation provider, has been chosen by ERV Nordic to enhance the efficiency of their travel insurance claims handling processes.
This will be achieved by leveraging Simplifai’s pioneering AI Automation Platform in a bid to digitise ERV Nordic’s travel insurance claims management offering, enabling them to become more cost-efficient in the process.
Simplifai emerged victorious after competing against several global contenders in ERV Nordic’s Request For Proposal (RFP). The decision was primarily influenced by Simplifai’s ability to swiftly bring ERV Nordic’s offerings to the market, alongside the platform’s future-proof design, which includes features such as InsuranceGPT.
