Bridgewise raises $21m in new funding to expand its AI financial intelligence platform globally

Bridgewise, the pioneering AI-based analytics platform for global securities, has successfully completed a new funding round, securing $21m.

This investment pushes the total capital raised by the company to $35m. The funding round was led by SIX Group, featuring contributions from Group11 and L4 Venture Builder along with other top-tier global financial institutions. These investors were specifically selected for their ability to serve as strategic partners as Bridgewise expands its presence worldwide.

Bridgewise provides AI-driven investment analysis tools that cater to a diverse clientele including exchanges, banks, trading platforms, investment houses, wealth advisors, and financial media & education platforms. Operating in over 15 countries, Bridgewise’s technology empowers these institutions with data-driven insights and analysis, enhancing their decision-making processes.

The company plans to use the freshly acquired funds to accelerate its market penetration and drive growth across new regions. This strategic expansion includes strengthening its recently inaugurated Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. The Singapore office is poised to develop customised solutions for the Asia Pacific market, targeting key areas such as Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Singapore.

In addition to its expansion plans, Bridgewise continues to evolve its product offerings. The firm boasts a comprehensive suite of analytical tools that include detailed AI-generated reports, on-demand financial instrument analysis, and a proprietary conversational AI chatbot named Bridget™. This bot, along with their robo-advisor, is designed to tailor personal investment advice based on users’ existing portfolios.

Bridgewise has made significant advancements in the FinTech sector by analysing fundamental data across over 90% of globally listed securities. This includes stocks and mutual funds, for which it provides regulated investment recommendations already approved in several markets.

At the heart of Bridgewise’s technology are two pivotal innovations: a machine learning algorithm that evaluates over 50,000 listed securities and a generative AI that produces understandable reports in the user’s preferred language. These technologies ensure that Bridgewise remains at the forefront of the FinTech industry, providing actionable and accessible financial intelligence.

Gaby Diamant, Co-founder and CEO of Bridgewise, said,”This is a major milestone on our mission to close the knowledge and accessibility gap across the global capital markets. Our AI technology is uniquely positioned to provide the trustworthy analysis, recommendations, and support global investors need to make informed decisions.

“With partners such as SIX, Group 11, and L4VB on board we have the tools we need to deliver significantly upgraded insights across the globe, empowering investors in any language, in any market. This new funding is an opportunity to deliver on our promise to our customers, and our responsibility to the industry as a whole.”
