The partnership will see P&V Group adopt Comarch’s Employee Benefits solution, as they expand on their existing relationship, which already sees them implement the Comarch Digital Insurance solution in their life insurance business.
The innovative Employee Benefit solution will be fully adjusted to meet Belgian market specifications and requirements.
The platform will manage various insurance products, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Hybrid, and Cash Balance, and will also have a major focus on high automation and data migration.
The offering also encompasses a range of essential features tailored to meet the diverse needs of insurance management.
At the forefront is the Comarch Digital Insurance solution, a comprehensive omnichannel front office tool. This sophisticated platform comprises a Distributor Module designed to streamline operations for brokers and back-office users.
Moreover, an Employer Portal is provided, offering intuitive functionality for efficiently managing members and pension plans.
In addition to the front-end capabilities, Comarch provides a robust back-office system known as Comarch Life Insurance. This system facilitates Policy & Contract Administration and Investment Management for both Branch21 and Branch23, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
The suite includes Comarch Insurance Claims, a vital component for the efficient management of death claims and pensions. This feature streamlines the claims process, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The existing relationship between Comarch and P&V Group, along with the flexibility of the digital platform, is set to ensure the successful implementation of the new system.
This latest collaboration follows their joint success in winning the Digital Trophy at the Decavi Life-Insurance Awards ceremony, highlighting their commitment to innovation and customer service improvement.
