Simplifai, a leading provider of AI-powered solutions, has announced the availability of a new product designed to streamline the claims processing workflow for insurance companies.

The offering, known as Simplifai Claims Processing, is powered by InsuranceGPT and will enable firms to handle more clients efficiently without increasing costs or wait times.

The introduction of the product addresses the growing need within the insurance industry for advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

By leveraging InsuranceGPT’s generative AI technology, Simplifai aims to revolutionise the way insurance claims are handled, offering a comprehensive solution for full end-to-end claims processing.

Simplifai Claims Processing offers a range of features designed to enhance efficiency and compliance in claims processing. These include accurate suggestions based on domain-specific knowledge, increased claims processing capacity by up to 50% without additional staff, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the EU AI act to ensure data security and protection.

Bård Myrstad, Simplifai CEO, commented, “Simplifai Claims Processing is a powerful solution built on top of InsuranceGPT, the first generative AI technology specifically targeting insurance companies. With our Claims Processing solution, our aim is to give customers a powerful edge, both in terms of cost per claim processed, but more importantly, getting each claim manager more, and more interesting work to do without increasing their overall workload.”

In addition to its launch, Simplifai Claims Processing has already garnered interest from leading insurance companies, with Van Ameyde and NH1816 being among the first customers to adopt the solution.

The initial focus will be on the Dutch Motor insurance market, with plans to expand to other markets and insurance types in the near future.
