Tyl by NatWest, a payment solutions provider known for its innovative technology and reliable service, has entered into a new partnership with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), a leading advocate for UK entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The partnership aims to provide FSB members with accessible, reliable, and cost-effective payment solutions. This collaboration builds on the longstanding relationship between NatWest and FSB, focusing on supporting the growth and sustainability of small businesses across the UK.
Tyl by NatWest offers a comprehensive range of payment services tailored to the unique needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
As part of the partnership, Tyl by NatWest can help FSB members with a choice of card machines and phone-apps for in-person sales, online and telephone payment options, and innovative features like payment links and QR codes. Other features include simple bills, next business day settlement, Tyl Portal for sales data, and more.
The partnership was preceded by initiatives like the SME Taskforce created by NatWest and FSB in 2020, which aimed to help small businesses cope with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, NatWest’s recent £1m collaboration with FSB was focused on providing independent support to business owners during the cost-of-living crisis.
Tyl by NatWest CEO, Mike Elliff said, “Small businesses are critical for our economy and our communities. At a time where the cost of trading is rising for small business owners, Tyl by NatWest is delighted to be able to partner with FSB to provide its members with a full range of cost-effective and reliable payment solutions, backed by great service.”
James Holian, Head of Business Banking at NatWest comments, “FSB and NatWest share an ambition to provide strong support for the growth of entrepreneurship and small businesses in the UK, and we are excited and proud to partner with FSB in payments services for its members.”
