InsurTech leader Kalepa is set to enhance underwriting efficiency and excellence across Paragon‘s Workers’ Compensation, Specialty Property, Small Construction and Contractors, and Auto Dealers programs through a new partnership.
By leveraging the firm’s advanced technology, Paragon seeks to deliver unparalleled service and value to its clients.
This will see Paragon expand its use of Kalepa’s pioneering AI-powered Copilot underwriting platform.
In the summer of 2023, Paragon first implemented and later broadened its utilization of Copilot. This recent expansion to encompass four additional programs underscores the effectiveness of Copilot in delivering superior underwriting across various commercial lines of business.
Kalepa has also integrated Copilot with Paragon’s internal core systems, including its agency management system.
