Apex Group continues its global operations transformation with key strategic hire

Apex Group, a global financial services provider, has appointed Ken Fullerton as its new Global Head of Operational Transformation.

Apex Group, a global financial services provider, has appointed Ken Fullerton as its new Global Head of Operational Transformation.

Fullerton will lead the Operational Delivery and Improvement team, focusing on client-driven technology and business process initiatives and improvements. Additionally, he will oversee the Global Service Centres.

The company, known for its commitment to revolutionising the financial services industry, has strategically positioned Fullerton in this key role to drive industry growth through the integration of technology and human capital.

It is hoped that this will enhance its operational capabilities and streamline processes, ultimately delivering enhanced value to its clients.

Fullerton brings with him nearly two decades of experience, having previously served at SS&C GlobeOp. At SS&C GlobeOp, he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Fund Administration business, overseeing various functional areas across global operations.

His expertise spans investor services, operations, fund accounting, client relationship management, and technology, covering regions such as the Americas, Europe, and APAC.

Prior to joining Apex Group, Fullerton expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity, stating, “I’m thrilled to be a part of Apex Group at a time when they’re driving positive change throughout the industry.
