CLARA Analytics, a prominent provider of artificial intelligence (AI) technology for insurance claims optimisation, has announced two significant appointments.
Wayne Chung joins as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer, bringing extensive cybersecurity and AI expertise, while insurance industry veteran Mark Tainton assumes the role of Chief Customer Officer.
The firm specialises in AI-driven solutions for insurance claims optimization. Leveraging advanced AI technology, it assists insurers in streamlining claims management processes, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Chung, with a distinguished background as the former CTO of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), possesses a wealth of experience in cybersecurity, AI, and systems engineering.
His prior roles include serving as the CTO for BlueVoyant and as an Innovator-in-Residence at the National Security Agency’s Cybersecurity and Computer Network Operations Mission.
On the other hand, Tainton, a seasoned professional with over three decades in the insurance industry, brings deep expertise in data science, AI, business intelligence, and risk management.
He has held positions at prominent organisations such as Ventiv Technology, Calamos Investments, and Aon Risk Solutions, showcasing his extensive industry experience.
