YesWeHack secures €26m in Series C for cutting-edge cybersecurity expansion

YesWeHack, a prominent Bug Bounty and vulnerability management platform, has successfully closed a €26m Series C funding round.

The company, known for connecting organisations with thousands of ethical hackers to enhance digital security, is poised to significantly advance its technological capabilities and market reach.

The investment round was led by Wendel, with additional funds from new participants including Adelie and Seventure Partners, and continued support from Bpifrance, Open CNP, and Eiffel Investment Group. The round also marked a notable addition to YesWeHack’s board, welcoming Renaud Deraison, co-founder of Tenable and Senior Advisor to Wendel Growth.

YesWeHack stands as a leading solution in security testing for companies of various sizes. Its innovative Bug Bounty platform engages a vast community of ethical hackers to test client security, thereby efficiently reducing potential risks and vulnerabilities. The firm boasts a global client base, with over 500 customers spread across 40 countries, encompassing a broad range of industries including major “CAC 40” companies, global brands like Louis Vuitton and Tencent, and key telecom and public sector players.

With the fresh capital, YesWeHack plans to invest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, launch new products, and push for a broader international footprint. This strategic expansion aims to address the increasingly complex cyber threats facing today’s digital infrastructures.

Since its last funding in 2021, YesWeHack has seen a six-fold increase in annual recurring revenue and a tripling of its registered ethical hackers. The company has also expanded its services to include integrated pentest and attack surface management solutions, offering a comprehensive approach to online risk and vulnerability management.

Guillaume Vassault-Houlière, CEO and Co-founder of YesWeHack, expressed his enthusiasm for the future, stating, “This funding round is a vote of confidence in our commitment to excellence and our ambitious vision. Thanks to this investment, YesWeHack will deliver even higher levels of customer satisfaction and continue developing innovative solutions in one of the most dynamic segments of cybersecurity. We would like to thank our investors, both longstanding and new, and are honoured by their trust.”
