Payabli secures $20m in Series A funding to enhance its payments platform

Payabli, a trailblazer in the FinTech sector, has successfully closed a $20m Series A funding round.

The significant financial boost was led by QED Investors, with contributions from TTV Capital, Fika Ventures, and Bling Capital.

The FinTech has seen a remarkable revenue surge of over 340% in the past year.

The company specializes in an API-first Payments Infrastructure and Monetization Platform designed specifically for software companies. Payabli’s cutting-edge platform offers a unified API that simplifies the creation of diverse payment experiences, encompassing payment acceptance, issuance, and operations.

With the newly acquired funds, Payabli plans to further enhance its product offerings. The focus will be on expanding their Pay Out and Pay Ops solutions, enhancing security, and scaling operations. The investment will also support new customer acquisition and help existing partners integrate and activate their total processing volumes more efficiently.

Payabli co-founder, Co-CEO, and Product Architect, William Corbera shared, “We’ve been resolute in our product vision of unifying Pay In, Pay Out and Pay Ops via a single unified API since founding the company. The strong traction and growth we’ve experienced over the last year is a testament to the fact that software companies have become the modern distribution for payment processing and rely on modern solutions like Payabli to run their payments business.”

Joseph Elias Phillips, co-founder and Co-CEO of Payabli, added, “Our Seed round helped us establish credibility to go up-market and win larger partnerships, as well as develop innovative products like Creator, our no-code embedded component builder.

“Our Series A will be invested to further fuel innovation, particularly in our Pay Out and Pay Ops product categories, and better support our software partners to not only easily integrate our technology, but accelerate the activation of their total processing volume.”
