Blink Parametric, a pioneering provider of parametric insurance solutions, has unveiled its latest offering in collaboration with travel insurance specialist Heymondo.
The new product launch aims to enhance Heymondo’s travel insurance offerings, making them more efficient and customer-friendly.
The Blink Flight Disruption solution, available in Spain, targets the domestic market initially. It will be offered as an optional extra product on Single Trip policies.
The product offers policyholders a choice of free access to over 1,300 executive airport lounges worldwide or a real-time cash payout of €50 when a two-hour flight delay occurs.
This real-time assistance service is integrated with the Heymondo mobile app, ensuring a seamless customer experience with push notifications for flight delay benefits.
Heymondo’s dedication to making travel insurance straightforward and accessible is reinforced by this launch. The move enhances their capability to provide top-tier products and services to their customers, as they look forward to exploring further potential in parametric travel solutions.
MAWDY, a global insurance, reinsurance, and services company and part of the MAPFRE Group, will underwrite the coverage.
