Everest Group, Ltd., a global leader in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, has announced a key leadership appointment as it looks to expand its market presence in North America.
The firm has revealed that industry veteran Bill Hazelton will be joining the ranks as Executive Vice President of Everest Insurance® and President of North America Insurance.
Hazelton will be replacing Mike Mulray, who is leaving the company to explore new opportunities. Juan C. Andrade, Everest President & CEO, expressed his gratitude for Mulray’s contributions over his nine-year tenure and wished him well in his future endeavours.

Hazelton brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Everest. He has also held numerous leadership positions at prominent insurance firms, including Chubb, where he was Head of North America Industry Practices and Head of North America Claims. His extensive background in underwriting, claims, and distribution spans over three decades.
