Alchemy Pay, the world-leading fiat-payment gateway, has formed a strategic partnership with Mesh, a pioneering connectivity layer for crypto that simplifies payments and deposits.
By incorporating the Mesh API into its comprehensive crypto payment framework, Alchemy Pay now allows customers to use cryptocurrency funds directly from exchanges and wallets to purchase goods and services both online and offline.
The integration with Mesh broadens the spectrum of crypto payment methods beyond traditional means like direct transfers and crypto cards. Notably, it includes utilising exchange account balances from prominent platforms such as Coinbase, and wallets like MetaMask for various transactions—ranging from e-commerce purchases to booking travel and even offline services such as power bank rentals.
Mesh’s platform enhances the user experience by providing a more intuitive, secure, and efficient asset transfer process. It is designed to operate without accessing or storing any personal user information, thereby ensuring heightened security and privacy for users.
In addition to facilitating direct crypto transactions, Mesh offers robust support for crypto deposits and on-ramping through its connections with over 300 leading exchanges and wallets. The company has also formed significant alliances with industry giants like MetaMask and the Sui Network. Earlier this year, Mesh received a substantial $6.5m investment from PayPal Ventures to further its development, showcasing its commitment to advancing the crypto payment infrastructure.
