The partnership marks the first time travellers can access Blink Parametric’s travel benefits through a mobile application, simplifying access to immediate, real-time support.

With Blink Parametric’s technology integrated into the Gigasure app, policyholders can access immediate benefits that address the inconvenience of delayed flights or lost luggage.
Gigasure, which focuses on offering fully customisable travel insurance policies, enables customers to tailor their coverage based on individual needs and budget. Through the app, travellers can benefit from Blink Parametric’s data-driven Flight Delay and Lost Luggage solutions.
The Flight Delay service activates automatically when a flight is delayed by three or more hours, offering options such as access to over 1,300 executive airport lounges or a real-time cash payout. For luggage delays, a one-time payment is issued to help cover expenses while the luggage is located.
Blink Parametric specialises in delivering automated, real-time travel solutions, enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that claims are processed efficiently.
