ComplyAdvantage

ComplyAdvantage, a financial crime intelligence firm, has recently announced the appointment of Paul Kizakevich as its new CRO.

This significant addition underlines the company’s strategy to navigate through a transforming financial crime industry, which currently grapples with losses amounting to as much as $2 trillion annually. Kizakevich’s arrival is timed with an industry-wide shift towards cutting-edge technological adoption to outpace criminals.

Situated at the forefront of combating financial crimes, ComplyAdvantage leverages advanced AI technology to provide dynamic solutions that address the challenges of money laundering and fraud. The company is renowned for its innovative approach to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial crime risk management systems, which are traditionally manual and outdated.

Paul Kizakevich, with his robust background in commercial leadership across both scale-up environments and large enterprises, brings over 25 years of experience to ComplyAdvantage. His expertise in AI and high-growth strategies is expected to drive substantial global market penetration and foster partnerships that enhance the company’s product offerings and customer success.

Prior to his new role, Kizakevich was instrumental in leading Katalon, an AI-augmented software testing automation platform, to impressive heights—evidenced by its recognition on Deloitte’s 2023 Technology Fast 500™ list following a revenue growth of 3,482% over three years. His previous roles include significant stints as CRO at ASAPP and senior vice president at ThousandEyes, contributing to substantial operational efficiencies and security enhancements at major financial institutions.

The hiring of Kizakevich coincides with ComplyAdvantage’s continuous strides in the financial crime sector, including the recent acquisition of Golden and sustained product excellence as evidenced by its placement in G2’s Leader Quadrant for Anti-Money Laundering solutions.

ComplyAdvantage CEO Vatsa Narasimha remarked on the hiring, “Paul’s impressive record of accelerating growth for AI-driven, cloud-native, risk and security companies will be critical as we demonstrate the value ComplyAdvantage can bring to those global customers.”

Paul Kizakevich also shared his enthusiasm, “ComplyAdvantage has an impressive track record of using AI to disrupt the fraud and anti-money laundering market. I am thrilled to join this group of extraordinary people to help the company achieve its vast potential.”
