ACA Group has announced a major upgrade to its eComms Technology Solutions suite within the ComplianceAlpha platform.
This enhancement is pivotal in introducing cutting-edge archive capabilities aimed at increasing efficiency and control for ACA Group’s clients.
The launch of this product is driven by the pressing need for rigorous electronic communications governance, as underscored by ongoing regulatory focus and significant penalties in the sector. The SEC and CFTC’s ongoing enforcement campaign, which has accrued over $3.28bn in fines, exemplifies the critical nature of robust compliance mechanisms in today’s digital landscape.
ACA Group specialises in providing comprehensive GRC solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of the financial services sector. Their services are designed to navigate complex regulatory environments efficiently, ensuring that clients remain compliant and ahead of potential risks.
The newly enhanced suite introduces a modernized user interface (UI) that offers rapid search capabilities along with a streamlined user experience (UX). This allows clients to easily navigate large data sets and manage electronic communications with unprecedented ease and efficiency. The upgrade also includes features like direct data extraction from the search interface and random sampling to enhance compliance monitoring.
Additionally, the eComms Technology Solutions suite has been refined to include more than 150 predefined risk scenarios and support for over 85 connectors in more than 25 languages. This enhancement significantly reduces false positives, thereby strengthening digital communication governance frameworks for firms.
Key features of the suite include diverse platform ingestion capabilities, regulatory-compliant archiving tools, and advanced surveillance techniques employing AI, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Relationship Forensics.
