Quartr gains $6m from Altos Ventures to enhance global market research tools

Quartr, a prominent software and data provider, today announced the closing of a $6m investment from Altos Ventures.

This funding marks a significant step in Quartr’s mission to transform qualitative public market research for finance and investor relations professionals globally.

The investment, led by the San Francisco-based venture capital firm Altos Ventures, aims to accelerate Quartr’s growth within the multi-billion-dollar financial services sector.

Founded in 2020, Quartr has quickly risen to become a key player in the distribution of investor relations material worldwide. The company offers a diverse range of products, including a free mobile app, a desktop research platform, and an API. Quartr Pro, its flagship offering, is now an essential tool used globally by major hedge funds, asset managers, and equity research teams, as well as IR and corporate strategy departments within several Fortune 500 companies.

The new funding will be used to enhance Quartr’s product capabilities and expand its global presence.
