InsurTech firm Optalitix is set to implement its advanced solutions the operational efficiencies of Burns & Wilcox’s CRM and underwriting systems, as part of a partnership between the firms.
The collaboration’s primary goal is to improve efficiency, enabling Burns & Wilcox to manage its pricing models securely and with greater accessibility.
By integrating Optalitix’s technology, Burns & Wilcox expects to streamline its processes, particularly by linking key underwriting and customer relationship systems.
Optalitix, a specialist provider of innovative underwriting and InsurTech solutions, offers tailored software to help businesses enhance their data management and workflow automation.
Their key product, Optalitix Quote, supports advanced features that enable greater underwriting customisation.
Burns & Wilcox UK, part of the H.W. Kaufman Group, is a recognised leader in the wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting industry, providing a wide array of insurance products and services to businesses worldwide.
Through this partnership, Burns & Wilcox will benefit from the API integration of Optalitix Quote with Salesforce, allowing the company to scale operations without a corresponding increase in human resource costs.
In addition, the partnership offers several key advantages, including enhanced actuarial and sales analysis, and the flexibility to integrate with future systems, providing ongoing support for changes in the underwriting process.
The integration of Optalitix’s technology will facilitate Burns & Wilcox’s internal processes, such as enquiry logging, underwriting, and risk recording, ensuring the company’s data is managed in a secure, complete, and timely manner.
