Tietoevry and Lowell extend their SaaS alliance for enhanced credit management

Lowell has reaffirmed its commitment to Tietoevry Banking by extending its partnership with a three-year contract for Collection Suite Nova, delivered as SaaS from Tietoevry’s private cloud.

This arrangement facilitates Lowell’s service operations in Sweden, reinforcing the company’s operational efficiency and focus on core business activities.

The adoption of the SaaS model by Lowell marks a significant step in streamlining their operations. This model not only offers scalability and supports business expansion but also accelerates the introduction of new functionalities, client onboarding, and updated service offerings. Moreover, the platform ensures compliance with industry standards, enhancing Lowell’s ability to manage credit effectively and with greater flexibility.

Juha Wilkman, Nordic CIO at Lowell, expressed satisfaction with the SaaS solution, stating, “We are happy to have a stable solution that allows us to work efficiently and serve customers better. Incidents are resolved quickly, and we are very satisfied with our experience.”

The agreement ensures that Lowell remains on the cutting edge of technological advancements, with uninterrupted access to the latest updates, functionalities, and improvements offered by Collection Suite Nova. This continuous evolution of the platform is designed to enhance Lowell’s debt collection operations without disrupting their ongoing business processes.
