ETFbook, a Zurich-based data and analytics firm specializing in the ETF market, has successfully secured a €4m Series A investment.
According to Finextra, the round was spearheaded by BlackFin Capital Partners, a notable investor in the FinTech sector.
Since its inception in 2020, ETFbook has established a robust platform that offers comprehensive data and analytics through a web application and APIs. The company boasts a client base of over 35 institutional clients, demonstrating significant industry trust and relevance.
The newly acquired funds are earmarked for strategic hires in product development, data science, and sales and marketing. This investment will support ETFbook’s ambition to broaden its data coverage and prepare for a strategic entry into the US market later this year.
In addition to expanding its team and market reach, the investment will also accelerate ETFbook’s product roadmap and geographic expansion strategy. This is aimed at enhancing service delivery in the fast-growing global ETF markets.
