Abacus Group has acquired Chicago-based Entara to strengthen its cybersecurity and managed IT services for financial firms.
The deal boosts Abacus’ capabilities in cyber incident response, AI-enabled service delivery, and 24/7 recovery support.
Entara brings deep expertise in highly regulated sectors and a mature, AI-powered ServiceNow platform that enhances service efficiency. The acquisition also extends Abacus’ abacusFlex platform to Entara’s clients, enabling global, scalable delivery of IT and security solutions.
