Certificial, a leading Certificate of Insurance (COI) platform and creator of the Smart COI Network™, and Applied Systems, a global provider of cloud-based insurance software, have announced an exclusive integration.
The partnership connects Applied’s insurance agencies and brokers to Certificial’s vendor compliance network.
The goal is to streamline COI management by allowing Applied Epic users to handle vendor insurance requests directly within the system. This eliminates manual processes and redundant uploads, boosting efficiency and improving service.
Certificial enables real-time insurance verification, while Applied Systems supports brokers and agencies worldwide with end-to-end insurance automation. Their integration enhances compliance and reduces risk for all parties.
The opt-in integration will be available to Applied Epic users from early July, with further guidance to be provided via Certificial’s website.
