IDnow and Keyless unite to secure digital identity

IDnow has formed a strategic partnership with Keyless to enhance digital identity security across Europe.

The collaboration brings together IDnow’s identity verification and digital signature services with Keyless’ biometric multi-factor authentication, introducing “Continuous Trust” throughout the user lifecycle.

The integration means customers can be enrolled via IDnow while Keyless provides biometric authentication for high-risk actions like account recovery or detail changes, matching the biometric data collected during signup.

IDnow CEO Andreas Bodczek said, “Trust is no longer a one-time checkpoint but a continuous process. Our partnership with Keyless enhances our ability to fight emerging fraud typologies amid a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring that digital identities remain secure and trustworthy throughout their lifecycle.”

Keyless’ technology verifies a user’s face and device in under 300 milliseconds without storing biometric data, transforming it into a non-PII format for privacy protection.

Keyless COO and co-founder Fabian Eberle said, “One of the biggest questions we get is whether users need to enrol twice – with the IDV and with Keyless.

“Until recently, the answer was yes. But what’s pivotal about the partnership with IDnow is that we can silently enrol users into Keyless during the IDnow verification flow. It’s a game changer for reducing friction.”
