Holland & Barrett, the UK’s leading health and wellness retailer, has teamed up with Swiss digital health company dacadoo to power its wellness app, H&B&Me.
The app offers personalised coaching, behavioural science-driven nudges, and expert content on sleep, nutrition, fitness, and mental wellbeing.
Powered by dacadoo’s Digital Health Engagement Platform, H&B&Me helps users assess their biological age, track habits, and set personal goals. In a nine-week trial, 87% of users reported improvements in energy, mood, sleep, and diet.
The app not only supports healthier lifestyles but also aims to boost customer engagement and loyalty through gamified challenges and in-app rewards. This digital approach complements Holland & Barrett’s transition from retailer to long-term wellness partner.
