CLARA Analytics, an InsurTech firm specialising in AI-driven claims management, has introduced two new tools, Triage Risk Notes and Claim Event Indicators, to improve how insurers identify and manage high-risk claims.
The tools aim to help claims teams act faster and more strategically by using continuous AI-driven analysis instead of traditional periodic reviews, according to FF News.
This shift enables more efficient resource use, early risk identification, and improved claim outcomes.
Risk Notes provide dynamic narrative summaries that explain claim complexity in real time, while Claim Event Indicators monitor key events throughout the claim life cycle, helping adjusters make timely, informed decisions.
The products are part of CLARA Triage and are available now for workers’ compensation claims, with expansion into auto and general liability expected soon.
CLARA Analytics CEO Heather H. Wilson said, “The insurance industry has relied on retrospective sample file reviews for far too long. We’re applying AI strategically to lead the industry forward. By taking a more proactive approach, powered by intelligence, every single claim can be handled more efficiently than ever before, with unparalleled accuracy and precision. This saves time, money and frustration.”
Wilson added, “We’re not replacing human expertise — we’re amplifying it with smarter tools that provide continuous oversight and strategic guidance. That’s what this launch is about, and we will continue to push the envelope with AI innovation for the betterment of the insurance industry.”
