TikTok has partnered with Visa, the global payments technology company, to support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This collaboration is designed to help entrepreneurs access critical digital tools, training, and marketing resources, aligning with the UAE’s strategic goal of fostering innovation, digital transformation, and economic diversification, according to FF News.

Through the partnership, TikTok and Visa aim to equip SMBs with the financial and creative means to strengthen their digital presence and customer reach. The initiative centres around providing ad credits, expert-led education, and other exclusive resources to first-time TikTok Ads Manager users in the UAE.

TikTok offers a widely used video-sharing platform where users can engage with content through creativity and authenticity. It has become a major channel for businesses to market to younger demographics. Visa, a global leader in digital payments, provides reliable and secure commercial card services to millions of businesses worldwide, facilitating commerce and enabling financial inclusion.

Under the programme, starting 1st July 2025, eligible SMBs that spend $250 using a Visa Commercial card on their TikTok campaign will receive $150 in TikTok Ad Credits. The offer is available exclusively to first-time TikTok Ads Manager users until 30th September 2025.

Participating businesses will also receive access to TikTok masterclasses, Q&A sessions with platform experts, and a dedicated “Grow with TikTok Resource Hub”. Additionally, the first three businesses to register will receive a complimentary creator-made advertisement.

This initiative highlights both companies’ commitment to supporting entrepreneurial success in the region and reflects a strategic move to drive wider digital engagement and online business development across the UAE.

“SMBs are the heart of the UAE’s economy, and we are committed to helping them thrive in the digital era,” TikTok head of business partnerships, global business solutions, MENA, Joanne Chehab said, “This collaboration with Visa provides SMBs with not just financial incentives, but also the knowledge and tools they need to show up authentically and creatively on TikTok. It aligns perfectly with the UAE’s vision to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital growth.”

“Visa is proud to support SMBs; an essential driver of economic resilience and innovation in the UAE,” Visa VP and country manager for UAE Salima Gutieva said. “Through our collaboration with TikTok, we are enabling businesses to access new customers not only through digital marketing but also equipping them with the skills needed to succeed. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering entrepreneurs as part of the UAE’s digital transformation agenda.”

This collaboration represents a strong step forward in blending FinTech and digital creativity to empower the SMB ecosystem in the UAE.
