CloudPay, a global payroll and payments platform, has partnered with Workday, a provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, to introduce a powerful integration designed to unify global payroll delivery for multinational organisations.
The collaboration centres around enhancing payroll efficiency by linking CloudPay’s platform with Workday’s Global Payroll Connect (GPC), according to FF News.
This integration aims to improve transparency, consolidate payroll data, and streamline cross-border payroll operations, enabling global payroll teams to operate more cohesively and effectively.
CloudPay’s platform enables payroll teams to automate payroll delivery, access real-time data, and improve compliance across multiple regions. Through its integration with Workday’s GPC interface, users benefit from a single, live view of payroll data that allows for centralised monitoring and tracking of both global and local payroll processes.
Workday’s GPC provides a consolidated dashboard that displays essential payroll information such as gross-to-net calculations, error notifications, and payroll cycle statuses. The interface also offers features like deep-linked error messages, which guide users directly to issues within the CloudPay system, facilitating quick resolution without the need to toggle across multiple platforms.
The integration also unifies payroll data across all of a customer’s global payroll vendors, allowing multinational organisations to maintain consistent payroll standards regardless of geography. The streamlined experience is designed to elevate the user experience for payroll managers while improving operational accuracy and efficiency.
CloudPay emphasised that the integration was developed in close cooperation with customers to meet their most pressing payroll challenges. It also reflects the company’s broader strategic mission focused on the “Three As”: AI, APIs, and Automation.
