AI-powered car insurer Ominimo has partnered with digital repair platform Fixico to manage all of its vehicle repairs in the Netherlands.
The exclusive agreement supports Ominimo’s rapid European expansion, following its strong debut in Hungary where it secured 7% of the market and sold over 300,000 policies in its first year.
Backed by Zurich Insurance and valued at €200m, Ominimo will rely on Fixico to handle 100% of its body and glass repairs through a fully digital process.
Autoglaz has also been onboarded as the designated partner for glass repairs. The deal sets performance goals including sub-8-day repair lead times, 24-hour quote delivery, and customer satisfaction scores above 4.5 out of 5.
