The collaboration was launched to support Ice Age Management’s recruitment strategy and improve financial freedom for its employees, according to FF News.

By integrating DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay solution, Ice Age aims to give its workers greater control over their earnings, boosting motivation and productivity while enhancing its reputation as a “people first” employer.

Ice Age Management, headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, operates 46 McDonald’s restaurants across North Carolina and South Carolina. The company is known for its commitment to developing a diverse and highly skilled workforce, with a strong emphasis on employee support and growth opportunities.

DailyPay is a leading PayTech firm offering On-Demand Pay and financial wellness tools. Its platform allows workers to access their earned wages before payday, supporting wealth building and improved financial decision-making. The company has been particularly successful in the QSR sector, where users have reported increased job motivation and productivity.

Ice Age Management’s QSR employees will benefit from DailyPay’s full On-Demand Pay and financial wellness suite, which enables them to track earnings in real time and access wages as needed.
