Send Technology Solutions Ltd (Send) has named Laura Wathen as chief financial officer (CFO) to guide its next phase of growth and support international expansion.
Wathen brings extensive experience in financial leadership and fundraising, having worked in investment banking, venture capital, and private equity before moving into operational finance.
She has led multiple Series A and B raises for start-ups and scale-ups, most recently serving as CFO at FinTech platform Funding Xchange, which secured Series B backing from Barclays and Foresight in 2024.
At Send, she will oversee financial operations, investor relations, capital strategy, and scalable infrastructure to underpin global growth.
