Ultimus expands Xceptor partnership for faster fund services

Ultimus Fund Solutions has deepened its collaboration with data automation specialist Xceptor, enhancing client services, operational efficiency, and data accuracy across its fund administration operations.

The move builds on a six-year relationship between the two firms, embedding Xceptor’s technology more extensively into Ultimus’ uSUITE® platform.

The partnership blends Ultimus’ expertise in fund administration with Xceptor’s data automation platform to streamline workflows, speed up processing times, and reduce operational risk across global business lines. Acting as the data automation and reconciliation engine within Ultimus’ service model, Xceptor enables more precise and customised reporting for clients while supporting faster, more reliable information delivery.

Xceptor’s automation technology, coupled with artificial intelligence (AI), is fully integrated into uSUITE®. The proprietary platform uses robotic processing software, machine learning, and APIs to accelerate and simplify data processing. This integration supports straight-through processing across all Ultimus applications.

The automation capabilities mean Ultimus can efficiently ingest, aggregate, and digitise vast datasets for downstream use, improving accessibility for clients. They benefit from tailored reporting, flexible data integrations, and self-service options.

Operationally, Ultimus can monitor inbound data, including trading activity, and integrate it seamlessly into workflows, addressing exceptions quickly while freeing up staff for higher-value work.
