OneShield, a provider of insurance technology solutions for property and casualty insurers and MGAs, has named Doug Moore as its new chief innovation officer.
The newly created role will see him lead the company’s artificial intelligence strategy across its products and operations, with a vision of becoming an AI-first organisation.
Moore brings more than 30 years of experience in insurance, enterprise software, and cloud platforms. He previously held senior roles at Guidewire, ISCS and Command Alkon, and most recently founded Approck Cloud, an R&D consultancy focused on generative AI and serverless applications.
