Assurant, a global protection specialist in connected devices, homes and vehicles, has partnered with Arcadium Technologies, a dealership management solutions provider for trucks, trailers and equipment.
The tie-up is designed to integrate Assurant’s Heavy Truck Extended Service Contract into Arcadium’s platform, helping dealerships simplify sales and customer transactions, according to InsurTech Insights.
Assurant offers a wide range of protection products for vehicles, homes and connected assets, while Arcadium focuses on tools such as CRM, inventory management and sales systems tailored for heavy-duty vehicle dealers.
Through the integration, dealerships will be able to avoid duplicate data entry, cut down errors and speed up quoting and contracting, improving both dealer efficiency and customer experience.
