Sedgwick has appointed Vishy Padmanabhan as its first chief transformation officer, reporting to CEO Michael Arbour.

The move highlights Sedgwick’s commitment to innovation and its ambition to deliver greater value to clients across its global operations, according to InsurTech Insights.

Padmanabhan has over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation in banking, InsurTech, and manufacturing. He has held leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Bain & Company, where he specialised in aligning IT with business objectives and modernising legacy systems.

At Sedgwick, he will focus on enhancing the firm’s use of AI, predictive analytics, and digital platforms.
