Talkdesk has expanded its collaboration with Microsoft, unveiling new integrations designed to enhance customer experience and streamline enterprise communication.
The move introduces two major updates: an embedded Talkdesk experience within Microsoft Teams, and the availability of Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation (CXA) on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
Through the enhanced Teams integration, Talkdesk brings advanced contact centre capabilities directly into the Teams platform. This allows agents, supervisors, and other staff to collaborate seamlessly in one environment. By embedding Talkdesk Workspace inside Teams, users can avoid constant app switching, leading to faster collaboration, improved workflow, and more unified customer interactions. The integration also offers advanced routing and omnichannel support, ensuring that businesses can deliver consistent service quality while reducing inefficiencies.

In addition, Talkdesk CXA is now available on Microsoft Azure Marketplace, providing enterprises with quicker access to deploy AI-powered customer service agents. These intelligent systems not only handle direct customer interactions but also automate back-end tasks, helping organisations improve resolution times and customer satisfaction. With its flexibility to operate across cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments, CXA can integrate into existing infrastructure without disruption.

This announcement builds on Talkdesk’s long-standing partnership with Microsoft, including its recognition as Microsoft Digital Native of the Year in 2023 and collaborations with companies like SD Worx. The newly integrated Talkdesk for Microsoft Teams is available through the Teams AppSource marketplace, while Talkdesk CXA can now be accessed on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
