Checkout.com unveils Flow Remember Me for faster pay

Checkout.com has launched Flow Remember Me, a new feature designed to make digital payments faster and more seamless across its global network of merchants.

The update allows shoppers to securely save their card details once and use them automatically for future transactions across any Checkout.com merchant, reducing friction in the checkout process.

The announcement was made at Thrive Venice, Checkout.com’s annual merchant summit, where chief product officer Meron Colbeci revealed that early adopters of Flow Remember Me have seen significant performance gains.

The solution, which initially rolled out in the Middle East, is now available in 194 countries. Data from pilot programmes shows a 70% reduction in checkout times, 22% fewer authentication challenges, and up to a 7% increase in acceptance rates for merchants.

Flow Remember Me is an extension of Flow, Checkout.com’s flagship payment orchestration solution that enables merchants to configure more than 35 payment methods with minimal engineering effort. The platform supports rapid international expansion by adapting to local devices, markets, and regulatory requirements, helping major brands such as Vinted, Papa Johns, Virgin Active, and the Royal Mint boost conversion rates and simplify compliance.

The introduction of Flow Remember Me builds on other recent enhancements to the Flow suite, including Flow for Mobile, which helps developers integrate embedded in-app checkouts, and access to Flow through Checkout.com’s proprietary Forward API, which supports multi-PSP environments.

Colbeci said, “Merchants need tools that dynamically present the right payment experience to consumers based on market, devices, payment methods, and local regulations. Flow’s modular architecture simplifies compliance management and takes advantage of network optimisations, providing merchants with measurable increases in acceptance rates.”

Alongside the Flow update, Checkout.com introduced several other product innovations. These include the expansion of its acquiring footprint, the launch of new AI-powered analytics, issuing capabilities, and a suite of tools to enable “agentic commerce”.

The company’s new AI analytics suite brings large language model intelligence into the merchant dashboard, allowing users to query payments data in natural language to identify patterns and opportunities.

Checkout.com CTO Mariano Albera said, “The digital economy is being fundamentally reshaped by AI, with smarter fraud prevention, optimised routing, and more personalised experiences. Our mission is to embed AI and machine learning into every layer of our platform, from our new analytics dashboard to Intelligent Acceptance, to help merchants prepare for the future. The combination of AI, data, and payments is redefining how money moves through the digital economy, and enabling the rise of agentic commerce, where AI agents will transact autonomously.”
