Tebicom, a Swiss digital services provider, has built a long-standing partnership with M-Files that spans more than a decade.
Over the years, the firm has grown its team of information specialists and was named the M-Files EMEA Partner of the Year in 2023, highlighting its success in bringing the technology to clients across Western Switzerland.
The company first adopted M-Files in 2014 after an extensive review of enterprise content management systems.
According to Tebicom information management director Fares Kallel and senior business engineer Christian Bosson, M-Files offered the strongest solution for both their internal needs and those of their clients. They continue to recommend the M-Files Partner Program, citing the platform’s ability to integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and its broader ecosystem.
Tebicom works mainly with clients in the construction industry, professional services such as engineering and architecture, and public administration. Its role extends beyond document management to helping businesses digitalise, optimise operations, and implement change management strategies. The company has also developed tebifiles, an exchange platform powered by M-Files, which enables the integration of complex client applications.
Kallel and Bosson highlighted the platform’s ease of use and regular updates as key strengths, keeping it ahead of competitors. They added that automation and AI are becoming increasingly important, with M-Files workflows streamlining daily tasks and generative AI tools like M-Files Aino and Microsoft Copilot helping clients integrate AI into critical business processes.
