TreviPay, a fully managed B2B payments platform specialising in trade credit and invoicing solutions, has announced a partnership with Sonder, a global hospitality brand offering premium apartments and boutique hotels designed for the modern traveller.

The partnership will introduce a new net terms programme, Sonder Billing, aimed at streamlining payments for business travellers and corporate clients, according to FF News.

The collaboration seeks to enhance the corporate travel experience by enabling companies to pay for accommodation and hotel services on 30-day net terms.

Sonder Billing provides consolidated, VAT-compliant invoicing, giving business travel managers and their teams a seamless and efficient way to manage expenses.

The initiative aligns with the growing demand for flexible B2B payment options as business travel spending rebounds and is expected to exceed $2tn by 2029.

Through this partnership, Sonder gains access to TreviPay’s scalable, booking-to-cash payment infrastructure, allowing it to manage invoicing, credit and collections seamlessly.

The programme is being launched initially across the UK, US and Canada, with further international expansion planned to support corporate housing and travel aggregators.

Sonder Billing will enable the brand to strengthen customer loyalty and attract more corporate clients through an easy-to-integrate payments solution designed to increase efficiency and revenue.

“Payment experiences are critical touchpoints in building customer loyalty, and offering options like net terms can often make the difference between a one-time booking and a long-term relationship for hotels,” said TreviPay CEO Brandon Spear. “TreviPay’s technology ensures business travelers have a consistent and reliable way to pay while Sonder can focus on delivering premium hospitality. By managing invoicing, credit and collections in the background, we provide the financial infrastructure that supports both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.”

“Business travel today demands consistency and convenience, no matter the length of stay,” said Sonder director of global sales Drew Parker. “Launching Sonder Billing with TreviPay gives our corporate travelers the ability to quickly and accurately invoice long-term stays, reduce payment friction and enjoy the stability they expect when booking with Sonder.”
