Odevo has selected M-Files, a document management company specialising in intelligent information management solutions, to automate its contract management processes.
The partnership aims to streamline Odevo’s procurement and contract workflows by centralising its entire document lifecycle in one secure platform. Through the integration of the M-Files Document Management System, Odevo plans to simplify its contract work, enhance collaboration, and automate documentation processes across international operations.
M-Files’ technology enables intelligent document handling, making it easier for organisations to find, organise, and use information efficiently. By embedding this system, Odevo can bring together procurement, HR, IT, and financial operations in a single digital environment — significantly improving productivity and reducing administrative complexity.
The collaboration also supports Odevo’s broader artificial intelligence strategy. M-Files’ AI-powered platform, including its generative AI assistant M-Files Aino, helps organise content, interpret its context, and interact with users in natural language. This integration will enable Odevo to further automate document-intensive workflows and minimise business risk while ensuring global scalability.
